The data processing associated with the services on this web site are performed at the aforementioned office of Elettro c.f. s.r.l. and are only handled by technical personnel of the processor, or by others charged with occasional maintenance operations.
No data from the web service is communicated or transferred.
Personal data provided by users who forward requests for informative material (brochures, features of the services offered, answers to questions and requested clarifications, etc.) are used only to perform the required services and shall be provided to third parties only where this is necessary (sending of illustrative material requested, etc.).

Navigation data
Computer systems and software procedures for running this web site acquire, during their normal exercise, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.

RIGHTS OF USERS ACCORDING TO REGULATION (EU) 2016/679
The subjects to whom personal data refer have the right at any time to request from the Controller access to and rectification or erasure of your Personal Data or to object to their processing. They have the right to request the restriction of processing of their Personal Data in the cases provided in art. 18 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
They have the right to withdraw the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Furthermore, the subjects have the right to receive their Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to obtain their transfer without hindrance to another Controller. This provision is applicable when the Data are processed with automated means and the processing is based on the Subject's consent, on a contract to which the Subject is a party or on contractual measures connected to it.
HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS
To exercise your rights you can send a request to: privacy@elettrocf.com. The requests are deposited free of charge and processed by the Controller as soon as possible, in any case within a month.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data), pursuant to art. 77 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, if you consider that the processing of your data infringes the law in force.
