Description:
The three-phase (MULTI VOLTAGE) inverter power source for TIG welding with high frequency and MMA-SMAW, TIG 2510 AC/DC HF, is equipped with high frequency start and pulsed arc mode.
Thanks to its many functions, it is suitable for various applications.
MAIN FEATURES:
• In TIG AC mode, it welds aluminium, magnesium and brass as well as stainless steel, iron and copper in TIG DC mode.
• Top quality TIG AC welding on aluminium and its alloys.
• Automatic recall of the welding program relevant to the diameter of the electrode in use.
• In AC mode, it allows the operator to customize both the penetration and cleansing of the welding bead.
• In AC mode, frequency can be adjusted.
• Pulsed Arc function to reduce thermal alteration and simplify welding of thin coils.
• Optional remote controls: foot-operated, hand-operated with knob or torch-mounted up-down control.
• In TIG welding the arc may be started either with high voltage – high frequency (HF Start) or by contact (Contact Start).
• Predisposition to use water cooled torches.
• Storage up to 9 welding programs in memory which may be easily re-called.
• Suitable to weld in MMA-SMAW mode both rutile and basic electrodes.
• Microprocessor control of the welding functions.
• Functions 4-time bi-level, 4-time tri-level and 4-time with SWP programme.
• Possibility to set the time of PREGAS, POSTGAS, SLOPE UP and SLOPE DOWN.
• Possibility to be connected to motor-driven generators.
• Possibility to activate a security PASSWORD.
