Description:
Three-phase, inverter based, power source with separate wire feed unit, with synergic control, for MIG MAG welding of the CONCEPT MIG range. It is very versatile and suitable for various applications, in particular for medium metal works.
It is ready for the torch cooling. The relevant cooling unit is available as an option.
Possibility to connect extensions for the connection of power sources to wire feed units of 5 or 10 metres for air or water cooling.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
• Synergic control, that permits to control the welding conditions through just one variable and makes these machines easy to use even by less expert welders.
• Equipped with a sturdy and reliable 4-roller wire feeder that allows an optimal wire feeding. Replacement of rollers without tools.
• Provided with over 40 synergic curves for solid wire: Fe - Al - SS - CuSi, optimized to obtain exceptional arc stability and reduce post-welding works.
• Equipped with a wide LCD display that allows the operator to select and easily set the various welding modes and options. Furthermore, it gives the possibility to have always the clear indication of the current welding parameters.
• Possibility to use wire reels up to D. 300 mm, 15 kg.
• All in One control: the various welding options are adjusted by a single knob on the front panel.
• The welding options adjustable are: Arc Length, 2 times / 4 times, Spot Time, Pause Time, Inductance, Burn Back, Soft Start, pre-gas, post gas, Automatic Hot Start, Automatic Crater Filler and 3 levels.
• Low power consumption.
• Sturdy metal casing equipped with cylinder holder.
• Highly stable thanks to large-diameter rear wheels.
• It can be connected to motor-driven generators of adequate power.
• EURO connection for MIG torch.
