Synergic Plasma
Description:
The tri-phase AC/DC inverter power source for TIG welding with high frequency and MMA-SMAW, TIG 3510 AC/DC, is equipped with high frequency start and pulsed arc mode.
Thanks to its many functions, it is suitable for various applications.
MAIN FEATURES:
• In TIG AC mode, it welds aluminium, magnesium and brass as well as ferrous materials, copper and titanium in TIG DC mode.
• Top quality TIG AC welding on aluminium and its alloys.
• In synergic mode, upon selecting the material to be welded, the corresponding thickness and the welding position, the power source automatically adjusts all the other welding parameters.
• In AC mode, it allows the operator to customize both the penetration and cleansing of the welding bead.
• In AC, possibility of choosing among nine possible combinations of the three waveforms: delta, square, sine.
• In AC mode, frequency can be adjusted.
• Pulsed Arc function to reduce thermal alteration and simplify welding of thin coils.
• Optional remote controls: foot-operated, hand-operated with knob or torch-mounted up-down control.
• In TIG welding the arc may be started either with high voltage – high frequency (HF Start) or by contact (Contact Start).
• Predisposition to use water cooled torches.
• Storage up to 9 welding programs in memory which may be easily re-called.
• Suitable to weld in MMA-SMAW mode both rutile and basic electrodes.
• Microprocessor control of the welding functions.

ADVANTAGES
• Minimized thermal alteration for welding of thin coils.
• Great arc stability.
• Control panel with easy-to-operate controls.
• Possibility of adjusting current directly on the torch UP-DOWN.
• Forced air cooling through cooling tunnel.
• IP23 protection class to allow outdoor work.
• High efficiency and low absorption from mains.
• Possibility to be connected to motor-driven generators.
• Compact design and low weight.
