Description:
UNIVERSAL WELDING STATION 8 kVA, PNEUMATIC GUN
This universal welding station SPOTGUN 7000 is particularly suitable for car body repair workshops: resistance spot welding of sheets, sheet straightening with spotter (nails and washers), localised sheets heating (carbon electrode), screws and rivets welding, stainless steel sheet-metals spotting.
• DOUBLE PROGRAM: microprocessor digital control unit with double program enabling the independent use of two functions (GUN-SPOTTER).
• Simultaneous connection of two tools, with automatic recall of the relevant memorized welding program, enabling to save time, avoid errors so to have a simple and safe working process.
• Synchronous SCR welding control unit, time adjustment in cycles and pulses for a greater quality of the welded spot.
• Welding current adjustment and stepping function.
• Easy to use interface.
• SMART GUN: patented pneumatic gun with adjustable stroke and double-function trigger, the first one for clamping only, the second one for welding, when the force at the electrodes is correct.
• Extra-flexible welding cables of professional type, L=1800 mm, 150 mm2
• Epoxy-coated transformers.
