Beschreibung:
The three-phase (MULTI VOLTAGE) inverter power source for TIG welding with high frequency and MMA-SMAW, TIG 4080 DC HF, is equipped with high frequency start, pulsed arc mode and is suitable for welding of iron, steel, stainless steel, copper and titanium.
In TIG mode it provides a current of 350 A with 35% duty cycle (EN60974-1).
It can weld coated rutile and basic electrodes.
It is suitable for medium metal fabrication as well as for servicing in general.
MAIN FEATURES:
• Pulsed Arc function to reduce thermal alteration and simplify welding of thin coils.
• Two/Four time and spot welding function.
• 4-time bi-level, 4-time tri-level and 4-time with SWP programme.
• Preset for use with remote control: pedal, manual or up-down control on the torch.
• In TIG welding the arc may be started either with high voltage – high frequency (HF Start) or by contact (Contact Start).
• Storage up to 9 welding programs in memory which may be easily re-called.
• Microprocessor control of the welding functions.
• Predisposition to use water cooled torches.
• Adjustable Pre-Gas and Post-Gas.
• Adjustable Arc-Force and Hot-Start in MMA.
• Digital display instruments to control welding current and tension.
