Beschreibung:
HI-MIG 2000 SYNERGIC is a single-phase inverter power source with synergic control for MIG MAG welding. It’s very versatile and suitable for various applications, in particular for medium metal works.
The pulse function upgrade and a cart for the transport are available on request.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
• Exceptionally good arc stability at low amp rating.
• Synergic control, that permits to control the welding conditions through just one variable, all the others being preset and dependent on this.
• Equipped with a 2-roller (D. 30 mm) wire feeder for an optimal wire feeding. Replacement of rollers without tools.
• Provided with a wide range of synergic curves for Ø 0,6/0,8/0,9/1,0 solid wire. Further on, the optional pulse function allows to activate pulsed synergic curves for steel, stainless steel, aluminium and CuSi3.
• Possibility to update the software through the RS232 port.
• Equipped with a large LCD display that allows the operator to select and easily set the various welding modes and options. Further on, it gives the possibility to always have the clear indication of the current welding parameters (selected process, type and diameter of the used wire, shielding gas, voltage, current, wire speed and material thickness).
• Possibility to use wire reels up to D. 300mm, 15 kg.
• All in One control: the various welding options are adjusted by a single knob on the front panel.
• The welding options adjustable are: Arc Length, short or pulsed welding process, 2 times / 4 times, Spot Time, Pause Time, Inductance, Burn Back, Soft Start, pre-gas, post gas, Automatic Hot Start, Automatic Crater Filler and 3 levels.
