Three-phase inverter power source for MIG-MAG wire welding with PULSE and DOUBLE-PULSE synergic operation and "multi-process", i.e. able to weld also in TIG and MMA mode.
Supplied complete with power source, 4-roller wire feed unit ready for cooling, 5l horizontal cooling unit for torch and power source cart.
It is suitable to weld steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
It is suitable for welding with cored wire.
MAIN FEATURES
• Exceptionally good arc stability at low amp rating.
• Double pulse operation permits welding even the thinnest thicknesses and in special operative conditions.
• Complete control and management of the variables determining the welding conditions with pulsed current, through the control panel.
• Synergic operation, that permits controlling the welding conditions through just one variable, all the others being preset and dependent on this.
• Wide range of memory stored synergic curves representing the most common welding operation conditions; new synergic curves can be afterwards added to the power source memory.
• With HD (high deposit) program allows to speed of a 30% at least the working time with pulse welding.
• The torch cooling unit can be controlled from the control panel.
• On request, an optional kit for Push-Pull torch is available (art. 540060) which permits using the most common brands of Push-Pull torches.
